Bring your inner child, a box of crayons, and let's have some fun!
"Holistic assessments include not only the physical, functional, psychosocial, mental, emotional, cultural, and sexual aspects, but also spiritual, transpersonal, and energy-field assessments of the whole person. In today’s world of reliance on electronic devices, energy forces and impacts become very important in understanding the health of both the human and the environment.
Energy assessments are based on the concept that all beings are composed of energy. Congestion or stagnation of energy in any realm creates dis-harmony and dis-ease. Holistic nurses continuously use their necessary understanding of energy anatomy, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic vibration, electromagnetic induction, and entrainment, not only in assessments but also in the healing process.”

Chakras are one of the many parts of our energetic anatomy
"The word chakras, Sanskrit for “wheels of light,” describes energy centers of the body. These centers appear to be points where there is a continuous exchange of information between the body and the environment.”

When congestion, stagnation, or overuse of one or more chakras occurs you may feel “off”, “out of sorts”, or imbalanced.
There are many, many practices you can do to clear congestion and stagnation, and to balance and harmonize your chakras; including the use of colors and play!
"Working with chakra energy in a positive way has been linked to increased lifespan; physical, mental, and emotional health; and overall personal well-being."
