Anchor in the LIGHT, or LOVE, either way, you choose correctly!

"Where is the LIGHT in this?", is a question I practice asking myself whenever a life circumstance feels dark or heavy to any degree. It could be an email I'm about to send or a reflection on an interaction that occurred. It could be (and is always) ANYTHING I am witness to... "Where is the LIGHT in this?"

Another question that could be asked, as they go hand in hand, is: "Where is the LOVE in this?"

I've found that wherever I seek the LIGHT, LOVE follows; and, wherever I seek the LOVE, LIGHT follows. Some experiences just feel more aligned to one or the other. Some people just feel more comfortable with one or the other. In the end it doesn't matter which you seek because one follows the other; no matter which you choose, you choose correctly.

When you anchor in the LIGHT or LOVE of a challenging situation a beautiful thing occurs. You anchor into your true self; your true being. From that space, your response is always aligned with the energies of the highest good and always the unique energetic expression of frequencies that YOU are here to share.
